The kitten nearly ran into her. "Oh, thank you thank you thank you thank you!" She exclaimed. Oh Oh, and I can still change from a warrior apprentice," She paused a moment to make a disgusted face. "To a medicine cat apprentice! Oh, and turninglights doesn't have to die, she could become a warrior, or become an elder !" The orange-tabby-and-white kitten said noticing the sadness in first's voice. Purekit bounced around, then noticed the scattered herbs, the mess she had made. She turned to Firstpaw with an im-not-guilty look on her face.

"Nor was that!" The tom said about her 'jerk' remark, laughing. The Siamese ducked away, laughing still.

"Fine, just fine. It's getting cold out, and such. So maybe a I have a cold." Harpytalon meowed. He crushed the frail leaves and sniffled. With a goofy smile, he kiked some leaves at Nighttimepaw.

"Aww, stop it, now you made me feel bad." The siamese tom meowed when she mumbled. Opening his jaws, he let out a sneeze that was strong enough to blow a few leaves. Like a kit, he swatted at one of the few.

Harpytalon sighed. "I already told you I've slept on worse! It's not really that big of a deal. I've slept nearly on porcupines before!" The siamese meowed angrily. He rolled his blue eyes, and sighed.

Harpytalon half-ignored the comment.
"You tired?"
His 'tail-tip' flicked as well, and he thought she was doing that to mock him.

The tom asked, with a half smile.

"Yes."
He said simply, knowing anything more could set her off.
Though this being only the thrid time meeting her, he pretty much knew her likes, dislikes, strengths, and weaknesses.
Harpytalon was being quite smart, using his head this time.

"I don't think so," Harpytalon replied. "Hun, I've slept with worst. You don't even know." He meowed, chuckling. His blue-pointed tail was only half as long as it used to be. However, the owner of the tail did not seem to care.

Harpytalon suddenly chuckled.
"I'm okay. A little bit in pain, though."
The tomcat meowed.
Harpy swept his blue-point tail in front of him, revealing
a tail that was missing the tip.
Blood stained the fur around the wound, though
fur had almost covered the sickening injury.
"I had a little fight with a sn- none venomous snake, and kinda lost my tail."
The tom meowed.
"But that was just after I left you yesterday, so I'm fine."

Well, what a dream-come-true for
Harpytalon. Jolting awake, a growl escaped
his jaws.
Seeing it was Nighttimepaw
just after, he meowed with regret.
"Oh, Nighttimepaw!
He meowed.
"I didn't know it was you, sorry."
Harpytalon replied with a frown.
"How are you?"
The tom began, as he stood and shook his pelt.
He sat down and began to groom his fur.

But through the night, he had remained in ThunderClan territory.
He had decided to sleep in the den at Snakerocks.
The ground was cold, but he had slept on sharp stones before, so it wasn't near the most uncomforatable things he's slept on.
The next morning, Harpytalon had slep in.
He was dreaming of Nighttimepaw.
Harpytalon knew he was in love with her.
The morning sun didn't wake him either, nothing could.
Except maybe the one he was dreaming about.

After the mention of 'queens',
Harpy heard nothing of the rest she had spoken.
Sadness flooded into his gaze, and memories flooded through his mind.
Memories of his time in ThunderClan/
Most were bad memories, though sometimes good memories made their way into his mind.
Haprytalon sighed.
"Well it's almost dark. You and I must go our seprate ways."
The tom meowed.
Leaping in to a tree, the tom raced off, without even the slghtest good-bye.

Harpytalon 's laughing was cut off when she continued.
"Wha- You're seroious?"
The tom asked.
"You can't see in the dark?"
The blue-pointed siamese tom's jaws parted in a soft gasp.
He could hardly believe.
"Wait, what things happen at night?"
