Harpytalon, seeing her smirk, raised an eyebrow.
"Something you wanna share?"
The tom asked, with a half smile.

"Well that's good I guess." Nighttimepaw mumbled, truly unsure of what to speak about. It was kind of an awkward experience meeting a cat three times in a row, and then speaking casually, but she also didn't want to be rude or mean, because she liked the tom. Looking back at his tail, she inwardly smirked, thinking He's got guts, I'll give him as much.

"Yes."
He said simply, knowing anything more could set her off.
Though this being only the thrid time meeting her, he pretty much knew her likes, dislikes, strengths, and weaknesses.
Harpytalon was being quite smart, using his head this time.

"You could have at least found a tree to sleep in or something." Nighttimepaw pointed out in a mutter, but it was clear that she wanted to drop the subject,"Well, other than you're whole tail incident, did you sleep well?" She asked, trying to keep the mild annoyance that she was feeling out of her voice.

"I don't think so," Harpytalon replied. "Hun, I've slept with worst. You don't even know." He meowed, chuckling. His blue-pointed tail was only half as long as it used to be. However, the owner of the tail did not seem to care.

"Are you suicidal?" Nighttimepaw asked, her eyes widening at the very sight of his tail injury,"I mean, you go and get your tail bitten off and then sleep on snake infested rocks!" She exclaimed, shaking her head with shock, and maybe, a little anger. He needed to be more careful than that, for StarClan's sake! She instinctively lifted her own tail up, fearing that a snake would come up and bite hers off, as well.

Harpytalon suddenly chuckled.
"I'm okay. A little bit in pain, though."
The tomcat meowed.
Harpy swept his blue-point tail in front of him, revealing
a tail that was missing the tip.
Blood stained the fur around the wound, though
fur had almost covered the sickening injury.
"I had a little fight with a sn- none venomous snake, and kinda lost my tail."
The tom meowed.
"But that was just after I left you yesterday, so I'm fine."

Nighttimepaw found herself shaking her head with something like annoyance. Jeez, was this cat freaking nuts? Having a casual conversation atop Snakerocks. Still, perhaps it was only herself who had a big problem with it. Well, she actually knew that it was. She had long ago decided that if she was ever feeling suicidal, then she would simply go to Snakerocks to finish herself off. Make it look like an accident, which was easy considering that she was on a rock that was typically infested with snakes. "Fine, I suppose." She shrugged, her eyes slitted uncomfortably. She didn't bother asking why in the world he was still on the territory in the first place, for several reasons, but mainly because Harpytalon was the only cat who she liked being around, and she didn't want to seem rude,"What about you?" She asked.

Well, what a dream-come-true for
Harpytalon. Jolting awake, a growl escaped
his jaws.
Seeing it was Nighttimepaw
just after, he meowed with regret.
"Oh, Nighttimepaw!
He meowed.
"I didn't know it was you, sorry."
Harpytalon replied with a frown.
"How are you?"
The tom began, as he stood and shook his pelt.
He sat down and began to groom his fur.

Surprise, surprise. Can you guess who was out of camp, yet again? Nighttimepaw wasn't keen on staying in camp through an entire day anytime soon. She needed space away from the constantly alert eyes of her clanmates, but she also needed to clear her mind. Her thoughts, every one of them, were stuck on Harpytalon, and it was driving her crazy. There was just something about the tom that she couldn't shake. Some feeling that she didn't understand lingering in the back of her head. That she had never felt before. She was wondering somewhere near Snakerocks, her whiskers twitching as a lizard scuttled across her path. Her eyes instinctively averted up towards the rock where she saw the sleeping form of Harpytalon. No doubt about it, that was him. Before she could even think of stopping herself, she was shaking her head and walking up the rock, her muscles tensed. Was Harpytalon some kind of psycho, sleeping on Snakerocks where it was quite likely that he would be bitten, even in the season of leaf-bare. "Hey, Harpytalon!" She called out when she was close enough.
